Viewing the website, submitting an interest request, receiving an email, or participating in an eligibility conversation does not create a nurse-patient, clinician-patient, attorney-client, fiduciary, or Care Ahead client relationship. A Care Ahead relationship begins only after Golden Rose Wellbeing confirms acceptance and both parties complete the required service agreement and other onboarding steps.

Professional credentials identify relevant background and perspective. They do not convert website content, an interest response, or Care Ahead into medical or nursing treatment.

Not an emergency service

Do not use this website, its forms, or email to request emergency or urgent assistance. Golden Rose Wellbeing does not continuously monitor submissions and does not assess symptoms or determine whether an emergency exists.

Care Ahead availability

Descriptions of Care Ahead explain the intended introductory offering. They are not a guarantee that the service is currently available, appropriate for a particular person, or offered in every location. Golden Rose Wellbeing may limit enrollment, determine that a request is outside scope, revise service features before acceptance, or decline a request when online nonclinical support is not appropriate.

The initial introductory release is intended for adults who are physically located in Arizona during online sessions. Joining the interest list does not reserve a place or require payment.

Your use of the website

You agree to provide accurate information, use the website lawfully, and avoid conduct that interferes with its operation or another person's use. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access, introduce malicious software, impersonate another person, scrape information for prohibited purposes, or use the website to transmit threatening, unlawful, or deceptive material.
